- Pack and transport household items from customers’ homes to the warehouse and back.
- Inventory and document items using mobile technology and barcoding systems.
- Clean, restore, and organize contents such as furniture, electronics, and clothing.
- Load and unload items carefully while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Drive and operate a 16-foot box truck as needed.
- Provide respectful and reassuring customer service on job sites.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in the warehouse.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and team members on assigned projects.
- Must be able to identify Product (consumables), usage, and disposal requirements with training
- Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per Blue Kangaroo Packoutz’s vehicle policy
- Possess a sense of urgency, professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs
- Access and mobility in tight spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Professional, positive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a 16-foot box truck safely (training provided if necessary).
- Comfortable using mobile apps and basic technology for inventory and communication.
- This starts as a per diem position with no guaranteed hours or set schedule. It has a strong ability to turn into Part Time and/or Full Time Position as the need grows.
- Shifts are assigned as needed, based on project volume and team availability.
- Flexibility and reliability are essential.
- Experience in restoration, moving, warehouse, or cleaning services.
- Familiarity with iCAT or other restoration industry software is a plus.

Each Blue Kangaroo PACKOUTZ member learns the entire contents restoration process while honing in on their specific cleaning or restoration skills.
